Q: How do I request Foster’s Food Fair IGA to add a product I like?
A: We are always happy to see if we are able to secure new products for our customers. Please fill out a Customer Request Form at our Customer Service Desk. Try to include as much information as possible, such as, product name, manufacturer, UPC code (bar code), etc. Your request will be forwarded to our Senior Management Team, which will research the product and its availability.
Q: Why is a product discontinued?
A: There could be several reasons why a product has been discontinued: the product may no longer be manufactured; the product may no longer be available from our supplier or manufacturer; we may have decided to carry a similar product; or due to slow movement we may have discontinued the product.
Q: I have a product I am interested in selling or presenting to Foster’s Food Fair IGA.

Q: We have a baby, what products do you carry?
A: We are happy to let you know, Foster’s Food Fair IGA carries a full range of baby needs, nearly everything you will find in a large format Canadian or USA Supermarket. We carry most of the major baby product brands (Gerber product line, Enfamil product line, Similac product line, Johnson and Johnson product line, Pampers product line, Huggies product line, etc) If you would like to forward the product names or UPC numbers on the products in question, we will check to make sure we carry the exact product and size your child is currently using. Q: Does Foster’s Food Fair IGA carry liquor?
A: We do not currently carry liquor. However, there is a variety of liquor retailers located close to our stores. Q: Do you offer online Grocery shopping or home delivery?
A: We do not currently offer online shopping and home delivery. We are sorry for any inconvience this may cause.
Q: What types of grocery bags does Foster’s Food Fair IGA offer?
A: We offer plastic bags for free as well as reusable "green" bags for purchase at customer service. The affordable and recyclable "green" bags are made of non-woven polypropylene which look like canvas.
Q: What do I do if I can't find the Foster’s Food Fair IGA "green” bags?
A: We apologize for any difficulty you might have in finding a "green” bag. These were recently introduced, and they have proven to be very popular. We are ordering more, and we suggest you let your store manager know that you would like one. We are pleased that they have been well received.
Q: What types of payment does Foster’s Food Fair IGA accept?
A: We gladly accept cash, traveler’s cheques and most types of credit cards. These include American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
Q: How do I address a consumer issue?

A: We work hard to provide the best service possible at all times. If we have not met your expectations, we want to know about it. For the quickest resolution of your problem, please check at the Customer Service Desk for your store manager or the manager on duty at the time of the issue. A: At this time, we do not email our weekly sale ads. However, we do post our weekly sale ads every Thursday on our website under the Store Specials tab on the left hand side of the screen.
